RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, including in-stock and preorder items. If you are unsatisfied with your Classy Christian Order you may exchange an item or return the item for a store credit to be used for a future purchase. To avoid the need for returns, we recommend carefully reviewing our size guides before placing your order. If you have further questions please contact info@classyChristian.com with your order number.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate an exchange, use the exchange portal linked here. You must use the same email address associated with your order to access the portal. Exchanges are accepted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date. Items must have no visible signs of wear or damage and must contain tags (if applicable). Please note the following items are ineligible for exchange:
- Hair accessories including bows and hats
- Phone accessories including wrists straps
- Any unpackaged swim or workout attire worn or unworn
Any exchanged item of lesser value will be credited to you, minus shipping charges. Any exchanged item of greater value will require payment made before the new item(s) is dispatched. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. To ensure you receive the item you want, please submit your exchange request as soon as possible. We do not hold items.
